Our Ward

Our ward had it's end-of-the-school-year activity this weekend. It's the last ward activity we're going to have before we move. We had a great time. We cooked out at a local park and enjoyed chatting and talking with our friends. And of course Ruby was the star of the show. As soon as we arrived a few girls scooped her up and immediately took her to go swinging. One of our friends told us she should have her own facebook page. And I said that she's probably have more friends than we do.

Our ward here has been the best part of our time in Morgantown. Our bishop is a wonderful, kind man and his wife brings such a sweet spirit into church meetings. We are really going to miss them and Bobby will really miss serving with the bishopric. It was a lot of work for him, especially with dental school, but he learned so much and loved working with our bishop. He was released on Sunday and it was great actually being able to sit with him during sacrament meeting. I'm going to love being able to do that for awhile.

We've made such good friends and will miss them all. We've seen some incredible things happen in our ward: marriage, lots of missionary work, and wonderful people doing wonderful things. We're going to miss it a lot.
