White Coat Ceremony

Bobby's class at school had their White Coat Ceremony this past weekend. It marks the transition into their third year when they'll be spending the majority of their time in the clinic. The ceremony is a pretty big deal and involves a lot of pomp and circumstance. There was music, speakers, all the professors there to show their support, and of course, the class received their white coats. I thought it was going to be pretty cheesy, and it was, but it was also exciting to see Bobby moving forward with school, and coming nearer to accomplishing his dream to be a dentist.

Afterwards, there was a lovely reception and the class and their friends and family were able to congratulate each other on the accomplishment. Two years down, two to go!

Congratulations to Bobby! Hopefully, the next two years are not as stressful as the first two. We sure enjoyed having you here and can't wait to see you next month.
